Welcome to Nolan Catholic High School. This page is dedicated to our incoming freshman Class of 2014. Below is information we hope you'll find useful and helpful.
2010-11 Academic Course Guide
The course guide provides a listing of course offerings and descriptions. It also provides a list of minimum course requirements, information on honor roll and graduate honors, advance placement and honor courses, as well as other academic-related information. This guide was updated on April 9. Additional updates may be necessary, so please check back often for the latest version.
Fine Arts Packet
All students must have one Fine Arts credit for graduation. Any class in the Fine Arts Department will satisfy this graduation requirement and may be taken in any of your four years of high school, including your freshman year. Of course any student may have more than one Fine Arts credit, and may take a Fine Arts class each year. To access and download the Fine Arts packet, visit Fine Arts.

Universal Reading: Twelve Mighty Orphans
The Universal Reading selection for this summer is Twelve Mighty Orphans, by Jim Dent. It is an inspiring book that reflects, in a true-to-life form, many of the characteristics of our Marianist tradition.
All students, including Freshmen, are required to read the book by the first day of classes.
As we read the book, let us all be mindful that the purpose of this exercise is to use this avenue of reading one book to build and strengthen our one community.
Thanks to everyone who attended the Class of 2014 President's Welcome Reception. We hope you enjoyed yourself and met a few other students and parents from next year's freshman class.
