Important Enrollment Dates

 The following are important dates for the Class of 2016:

Online Application for Admission

Application Deadline: January 14, 2012

Students applying to the freshman class after the deadline are considered on a wait-list basis.  The next Admissions Test is Saturday, February 25, 2012.

Admissions Interviews: February 2012

Letters of Acceptance Mailed: March 8, 2012

President's Welcome Reception: March 18, 2012

Class of 2016 Registration                                      

Register your child at Nolan Catholic High School for the 2012-13 school year on one of these evenings: March 20 or 21, 2012.

Please bring all registration forms with you, including a copy of your child's birth certificate. A $500 non-refundable registration fee holds a spot for your child at Nolan Catholic.

If, for some reason, you cannot register during this time, please contact Maureen Barisonek, Associate Director for Admissions, as soon as possible at 817-395-0245.

Those returning registration packets after this date will incur a late processing fee and may find that some courses are no longer open, or worse, capaciity enrollment has been attained and your student must be placed on a waiting list to enroll for next year.

When you register, you will schedule an appointment to meet with your student's guidance counselor and choose classes for next year. Your counselor will help you both understand level placements, as needed.

If your student hopes to take Geometry, Accelerated Algebra, Spanish II or French II, he/she will need to take a placement test.  You do not need to sign up for these placement tests. If your student does not take the placements tests, they will be placed in Algebra 1 or first-year language for next year.  These tests will be administered in Spring 2012.

Admissions Test

Incoming freshmen must complete an online Application for Admission and take the Admissions Test.  For those students applying after the January 14, 2012 deadline, the Admissions Test is on Saturday, February 25, 2012.  Testing begins at 9 a.m. on the NCHS campus.
